 THE RULES OF STAYING IN THE APARTMENT ON STAROMIEJSKA STREET

Welcome to the apartment on Staromiejska Street. Our aim is to make your rest comfortable and calm. And for achieving this purpose the following rules of staying in the apartment on Staromiejska Street are used.

1. The present rules explain the procedure of booking and rent the apartment.
2. The Owner will take care of your comfortable and calm rest. All problems, connected with your living here should be claimed at +48 532 378 650.
3. Booking and deposit amount of 30 % of the total price that is defined before, mean your acceptation of the given rules.
4. Deposit for staying in the apartment on Staromiejska Street should be transferred to the following bank account:
   Ewa Górska, 07 1160 2202 0000 0002 1044 8774.   If you don’t transfer money at the stated time after reservation, your booking will be cancelled.
5. The rest of the sum is paid when you check in.
6. The right for staying in the apartment on Staromiejska Street is given only to the renters.
7. Check in time starts at 4 p. m. and check out time – 11.30 a.m. on the day of your leaving.
8. The price includes staying in the apartment with the possibility of using all the devices and appliances :towels, bed linen, media (electricity, water, TV).
9. Every guest must keep order in the apartment and keep it in the same condition till check out. Non-compliance with the mentioned above obligation causes the payment of compensation.
10. Check in and check out are carried in the presence of the Owner or a responsible for that person. You must also return the keys on the day of leaving the apartment.
11. Guests can’t allow any third person to stay in the apartment on Staromiejska Street, even if the period you paid for isn’t expired.
12. The price of the services given by the Owner of the apartment on Staromiejska Street doesn’t include insurance. Guests agree with the thing that they are responsible for their life and safety. The Owner is not responsible for any personal injury or property damages ( ill-health or property damage that is done to the third person), also stealing luggage during the whole time of staying in the apartment.
13. The Owner should be immediately informed about all kinds of damages or malfunctions.
14. The repair and modernization of the appliances in the apartment is prohibited.
15. In the apartment on Staromiejska Street parents and tutors are responsible and answerable for their children, minors and the consequences of their actions.
16. Parents of infants are obliged to protect the mattresses on which their children sleep from getting wet or dirty. Otherwise, they will cover the costs of cleaning.
17. There is a special place for parking on the territory. Parking is free.
18. Staying with pets in the apartment on Staromiejska street is prohibited.
19. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment on Staromiejska Street.
20. All guests must follow the rules of safety and occupational health as well as fire protection, in particular, it is forbidden:
    • to use tools and devices based on electrical or gas energy, which are not appointed in the apartment and can cause fire, for example, heating pads, heaters, gas burners;
    • to bring  any flammable or explosive materials,  materials with an unpleasant odor to the apartment;
    • to make a fire or use open flame;
    • to use sports and pneumatic weapons(e.g. air-gun).
    • to use any sound equipment at night.
21. The Owner is not responsible for temporary troubles such as temporary lack of water, electricity, the Internet access.
22. Before leaving the apartment on Staromiejska Street you need to restore order in the apartment, throw the garbage in the garbage can.
23. The provisions of the Civil Code of Poland from August 29, 1997 about tourist services are applied on issues unresolved in the present rules.
